If you are enrolled in a government assistance program such as LIHEAP, PAN or TANF, you may be eligible for benefits from the Solar Access program sponsored by the Department of Energy (DoE). DoE is providing low-cost, subsidized solar energy systems with battery storage for low-income households throughout Puerto Rico.
