Any Owner-Member of the Cooperative may file any complaint regarding the electric power service not related to a billing dispute with the Cooperative's management. The Cooperative shall resolve the complaint within thirty (30) days. If the Cooperative does not take action within that period or if you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may appeal to the Puerto Rico Energy Bureau within thirty (30) days from the date of notification of the determination or the date of expiration of the original thirty (30) day period, whichever occurs first.
You (the customer) have the right to dispute the amount billed and request an investigation of your bill. If you dispute or submit a request for investigation on time, your service will not be affected. You will have until the due date of your bill to pay it or to submit your objection or request for investigation. For more information, visit the Pay Your bill page.
